Cancellation and deposit policies
CANCELLATIONS
We require 48 hours notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. This allows time for the space to be filled.
If less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file before you can rebook.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged before you can rebook.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the appointment cost will also be charged.
We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we will always review genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
CARD DETAILS
We now securely capture card details at the time of booking. No payment will be taken unless the cancellation policy applies or a deposit is requested at our discretion. All card information is stored securely in line with GDPR and PCI compliance regulations.
DEPOSITS
We may request a deposit at our discretion — for example, during busy periods, for large appointments, or for new clients. Any deposit paid will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
If you reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will move with your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the cancellation policy applies.

PATCH TESTING
Please note all colouring services and lash and brow services require an up to date patch test that has been done within the last 6 months. If this is not done it may be the case that your appointment cannot go ahead and may be subject to our cancellation policy. Any questions please contact the salon.
