Complaint Policy

At our salon, we believe that every hairstyle should empower and inspire confidence. Our mission is to provide exceptional service while embracing individuality and creativity in every client.

Complaint Policy

At Inspire Studio, all hairdressers, beauty therapists and other professionals operate as independent self-employed businesses. This means each professional is responsible for managing their own appointments, services, pricing and any concerns or complaints relating to the treatments they provide.

If you have a complaint:

If you are unhappy with any service you have received, please contact the self-employed stylist or therapist who carried out your treatment directly as soon as possible. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication. All self-employed professionals email addresses can be found on the contact us page.

When contacting your stylist or therapist, please include:

  • Your full name.

  • The date of your appointment.

  • A description of your concern.

  • Any photographs that may help explain the issue (where appropriate).

  • The outcome you are hoping to achieve.

We recommend raising any concerns within 7 days of your appointment to allow the matter to be assessed promptly.

Resolution Process

Your stylist or therapist will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Discuss your concerns with you.

  • Review the treatment provided.

  • Offer an appropriate resolution where necessary, which may include an inspection appointment, corrective treatment or another mutually agreed solution.

Inspire Studio's Role

As all professionals working from Inspire Studio are self-employed independent businesses, Inspire Studio is not responsible for the services provided, pricing, refunds or complaint resolutions relating to individual treatments.

However, we expect all professionals working from the salon to deal with complaints fairly, professionally and respectfully. If you experience difficulty contacting your stylist or therapist, you may contact the salon management, who can assist by forwarding your message or facilitating communication where appropriate. Salon management cannot make decisions regarding refunds or compensation on behalf of self-employed professionals.

We appreciate the opportunity to resolve any concerns and are committed to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.
